@tconrad There’s an opportunity to turn this thing around. Sonos was a great product that revolutionized listening to music anywhere in your home. Then someone tripped on their ego and screwed it up. There’s a lot of customers like me, hoping you can fix this!
@tconrad Congrats! If you can make Sonos awesome again, I hope the Board will take the ‘interim’ off of your title and make you CEO. We followers and customers wish you luck because a once great product is now junk.

@Sonos What’s the plan for playlists editing? Does your warranty cover the cost of a new iPhone when I throw it out the window because I can’t edit my playlists?
@Sonos My playlists are a mess. I tried adding a song to a playlist and now I’m questioning my sanity. I assume the C level executives don’t use Sonos - if they did, heads would roll. Maybe they should go also.
