@staceybrotzel In BC kids under 19 get a non-photo BC Services card (basically a non-drivers card). For the rest you can get either a combined drivers/health card or a separate drivers licence and health card… so there are 3 options.

@swiffi49 He can easily play in the NHL. But would likely be bottom six. Seems like he prefers top six in Europe… can use his offensive skills, play the PP etc… more fun for him. So a personal choice at this point.
