The point is that the main optimisation problem come from densed populated cities with hundreds of deeply active NPCs. Now if you're saying ToF has areas which compare on the same level then their devs are the goats

@Reschiie @schizohealer ToF is mentioned. Now I can't really say it on my part since I only played it for like a couple hours when it was launched but from what it's been said the game have also been suffering the same performance problem, on top of that it has lower visual bar

@Reschiie @schizohealer It’s not about them not mastering the engine, it’s because the core structure of UE4 being not designed for a game that is both open world and multiplayer online. There’s a blog talking about it in a more technical level if you are more familiar with programming stuffs
