@michaelblackcab I always say Uber have indirectly done a favour. After the cheap and free rides novelty has worn off the educated members of the public have returned now they realise the risk of accidents and sexual assaults isn’t worth it especially as their prices are almost the same now.
The LTDA's GS tops the table in the CoM elections again. It's not exactly a ringing endorsement though. In fact,only 17.2% of eligible voters ticked his box. If we translate that to the whole trade,he would have the support of 10.3% of drivers.

@LloydsBank What kind of customer Services close at 6 pm? I have an issue that the police have requested information about and I cannot speak to the bank. This is ridiculous. Speaking to a robot is absolutely useless. End of no use to customers in real need.
I have now been waiting for an hour @LloydsBank to get a response to a simple request via your website Chat. This is not good enough, it is a simple query, why has your customer service gone so far downhill that customers are waiting an hour for an answer?
@Taxi_Point The LTDA do not represent the Black Cab trade. The council of management represent their own self interests at the expense of the subscription members who believe their future is being protected. Nothing could be further from the truth.
@taximanant What a disgrace. A man who claims to represent 70% of the trade fawning all over a man who promised a "renaissance" and delivered the antithesis. Steve, you had the chance to tell Khan exactly what we think of his handling of the taxi trade and you blew it....AGAIN!

@taximanant It makes you cringe watching a love-in between two individuals that have done absolutely nothing for the Black Cab trade while in decline saying how much they support it.
@prodnose Who is Danny Baker? If he’s ever won anything or done anything worthwhile or memorable I’m sure I would remember him, but sadly (for him) I just can’t place the name .
@scampo999@LloydsBank I didn’t need help, just polite explanation. Lloyds bank still charge interest for two months after you have cleared your credit card balance and could not give a reasonable explanation as to why.
@LloydsBank Over 50 years as a customer with mortgages , loans, credit cards etc and get treated disgracefully by your customer services department.
Time to invest elsewhere , and I’d advise everyone else to do likewise .
