@is_glasgow I well remember starting a new job there in 1983. I believe it’s largely or completely converted into flats now. It used to house the Dalintober Hall and for a short time a so called hypermarket. Glasgow was buzzing in the 1980’s. Seems to be in mismanaged decline now.

@tractorgirly I have never been a Labour voter but a very impressive Labour candidate and councillor in East Dunbartonshire Colette McDiarmid came to our door and although it is nuts to vote Labour I feel I owe her my vote.
