@Hertz not your best game at Frankfurt Airport. Landed from Abu Dhabi, No car available, which was regularly booked obviously. Option is you pay for upgrade or wait until a car comes in. What a shocking service. Least you should do when at fault is to give a complimentary upgrade

@EtihadHelp Just lost around 8kAED of air ticket thanks to the short time span of this policy. So disappointed to see that Etihad is not able to provide the same flexibility and service as Emirates during this time.
As platinum guest member I must reconsider my choice as preferred airline.

Thanks @emirates @EmiratesSupport for canceling my flight without sending any email or even an alert on the app. Driving 1h to Dubai to find out it is all for nothing. At 4am.
I let go the fact that no info were shared also yesterday, when my flight was delayed 12 hours.
