@darab_farooqui And, even RaGa said around 2019 elections that this is a long battle. Does that mean that, in the meantime, students - or any other disaffected group - should just shrug their shoulders and wait around for its culmination? 2/2
@darab_farooqui I truly can’t understand what it is that people want. It takes all sorts to build resistance. I’m all for being skeptical but the idea that nothing less than ideological purity (who decides?) will do would be anathema to anyone who actually fought authoritarians and fascists. 1/2
@DearthOfSid Forget what someone tweeted nine years ago. I’ll even take someone who worked for him for nine years. If there’s no space for people to grow, there’s no space for the country to change.
As for AAP comparisons - anachronistic, at best.
@BeilinsonOrel Because the idea that Hindi is the mother tongue of the average Indian - even northie - is erroneous. It’s Hinglishstani, and even if one removed the English words, it’d still be Hindustani (and its variations).
A sentence containing Farsi, English, and “Hindi” words is normal.
My father is having sleepless nights, experiencing panic attacks, and my mother is in deep depression because of this trauma. If the mental or physical health of my family deteriorates any further, @cbseindia29 is solely responsible. You are destroying families. #CBSE
When we demand basic transparency, students are targeted, silenced, and driven to extreme mental health crises. I am a student, not a statistic. How can a student blindly trust a board where answer keys are leaked, sheets are swapped, and scanning software is outsourced cheaply?
@asubparusername@bespokecomrade As Persia, what I usually end up doing in these situations is I give investment rights to a couple of biggies from different blocs and hope they stack some construction, let my treasury recover, and re-nationalize some stuff afterwards. Also, check your laws?
