@mybmcWardL @mybmc As per registered tripartite agreement dated 13th October 2014, BMC is supposed to maintain the 12 meter wide access road. BMC has been given easement rights on the access road by M/s Future Communications Ltd. Please find below link to agreement.

Please look at the dilapitated condition of the 104 metre long x 5 metre wide access road to our housing society at Safed Pul. How do you expect 500+ residents of our society to commute on this unpaved road daily? Kindly repair the road asap. #MumbaiRains

We would like to request your intervention for solving public health issues of residents of Palazzio society (Safed Pul) due to the scrap vehicles dumped in adjacent amenity plot.

@mybmc @mybmcWardL Please see the heap of scrapped vehicles dumped in the amenity plot adjacent to our housing society at Safed Pul. The vehicles are home to rodents and other pests due to which residents of our society are under risk of contracting diseases. Kindly remove scrap.

@mrjain Same is the case with Palazzio Cooperative Housing Society at Safed Pul in Andheri East ( L ward of MCGM). We have such a beautiful society with 183 flats each worth crores of rupees but bad access roads during monsoon. MCGM does not repair our access roads. @mybmc @mybmcWardL
