That's a question I get a lot, especially from investors referring to other infrastructure companies (e.g. KYC, open banking).

If a company gets to $100M in revenue doing just one thing, it can earn the right to start to do a second thing. It’s tough to focus - that’s the reason why almost no one is successful.

When you launch a startup you're really signing up for a job in marketing, product, support, memes, sales. Basically all the jobs at the same time.
