@lynda13818309 @AOC Not true. Power was turned off everywhere, including the wealthiest neighborhoods. Diwntown buildings were left on, but there are alot of people living downtown, all income brackets. Plus facilities helping those in need with supplies and warming areas. No one group was targeted.
