@yoofilos @glavenych @WryCritic I dont think it's malicious. The specimen was part of an old collection that has since moved on to other sellers. The price on eBay is fair actually. A small museum sold it so they can expand their outreach, positive story 🥹

Before and after fossil preparation on an Allosaurus tooth. Allosaurus lived 155 to 145 million years ago during the late Jurassic epoch. The name "Allosaurus" means "different lizard" alluding to its unique concave vertebrae.
