Daisy and her LibDems absurdly claim that joining the “single market”, customs union and free movement will boost the UK economy. Nonsense.

80% of the UK economy is services. The single market in services was almost non-existent. We used to pay billions of £s to Brussels for the privilege of running a huge trade deficit with the EU whilst having thousands of unnecessary laws and regulations imposed on us.

She wants freedom of movement too and more immigration. That’ll go down well.

Why are our politicians so backward looking? No vision. No forward thinking.

They just want to go back to becoming rubber stamps for someone else again.

Ed Davey was paid £275,000 as a consultant by Herbert Smith Freehills — the same law firm that later represented the Post Office in its legal battles with subpostmasters.

There’s another connection worth noting: Davey’s brother, Henry, was a partner at HSF for around 20 years.

Davey says he only learned from media reports that HSF had acted for the Post Office from 2019.

So we have Ed Davey, a former Post Office minister, earning hundreds of thousands of pounds from HSF, while his own brother was a senior partner at the firm.

Now THAT is what I call "Dirty Money"

Only HALF of voters who supported the Lib Dems in 2024 would back them again at the next election.

This is a damning indictment of Davey’s leadership and a testament to his irrelevance.

The same Ipsos poll also showed that Andy Burnham is twice as popular with his base as Ed Davey.

The Lib Dems are currently polling in fourth place nationally on just 9%.

You know you’re screwed when Burnham is more popular than you.
