@Nyborger_Nybo@MrMoelmen To be fair, the control group were instructed continue their regular training and to complete 2 MIT or 1 MIT and 1HIT pr. week. So they didn’t do LIT only.
To me this shows that 1 week block training, either HIT or MIT, can improve performance.
@MrMoelmen applause for doing intervention studies - but the accumulating evidence for short-term "intensified training" [HIT or MIT] compared to LOW only is quite massive or ? For me more interesting to start understanding how to get "accumulative"/long-term development (not short-gains)
