I've been running businesses and paying salaries in this Lagos for 13years now.
I have employed and changed a lot of staffs over the years and no single one can come to say I delayed or owed them their salaries.
It's salary week again and the businesses are set for staff payments.
I look back now giving glory to God for his mercies all these years and I also remember an Agreement I made with Him that as long as I do my part, He would do His own part to ensure there's salary to pay even if the sales are poor.
Circa 2013, the test of that Agreement came a month after when on the 29th, there was literally nothing to pay salary. A call for a job came in, scheduled for the following day 30th.
We went, finished the job and Client paid as soon as we got back to the shop. After deductions, it was exactly the amount I needed to make payroll. Right there, I paid them. Was left with nothing.
Had to go eat at my girl's place that night.
Two days later, I realized it was a test. I passed!
And as He has been faithful, I have also had to put some things in place to ensure we meet payroll every month.
To all Business Owners out there, I wish you all the best as we enter salary week.
Men,
Stop pregnating women and running away like cowards. You create single mothers, broken homes, and angry boys who grow up without fathers.
You enjoy the pleasure then disappear when responsibility comes. That child didn’t ask to be brought into this world without a present father.
Be a man. Own up to your actions instead of leaving women to struggle alone. Deadbeat behavior is destroying society.
I have noticed a consistent pattern with women.
The ones who are confident in their beauty do not cockblock when you're moving to their friends - they even help you facilitate.
But you see the ones that look like fridges, they're the ones always protecting the snacks.
The grand patron of Olodo uprisers.
The man, the myth, the legend - the very template of Olodo uprisers.
Aesthetically deficient, mentally deficient - the very patent of innocent foolishness.
In a different world, would definitely cross pollinate with Olori to birth Seyilaw.
Simi and Adekunle were placed on a pedestalize till Simi spoke…
Adesua and Banky were rated till Adesua spoke…
Temi and Eazi were praised till Temi spoke…
Timothy told us women should keep quiet, na we no hear word!!!
Owning Up to Leadership Failures and Political Responsibility
This morning, I listened to the British Prime Minister’s speech announcing his planned resignation in July. As a keen observer of global politics, my primary interest lies in examining what successful nations do right and the structural factors that cause others to lag or struggle with governance and development.
The Prime Minister’s planned resignation comes amid mounting public frustration over a stagnant economy, a worsening cost-of-living crisis, and a perceived failure to honour key campaign pledges.
Looking inward in our dear country, we can recall our own situation. Before 2015, our President on several occasions championed the call for the then President Goodluck Jonathan to resign over economic hardship and insecurity affecting Nigerians. During the Chibok school kidnapping incident, he demanded the immediate resignation of President Jonathan, arguing that the government had failed in its most fundamental duty of protecting lives.
During the 2023 election campaign, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made several promises, including improved electricity supply. He also challenged the electorate not to vote for him for a second term if he failed to deliver on those commitments—particularly in providing stable power, fighting corruption, and improving the welfare of Nigerians.
At present, however, these conditions have worsened. Electricity supply remains unreliable, insecurity has intensified in many areas, including kidnappings, and economic hardship has deepened rather than eased. Similar concerns are reflected across other critical sectors such as security, infrastructure, transportation, and anti-corruption efforts, all of which have regressed. We are in the worst possible condition.
I, therefore, join Nigerians of goodwill in calling for the resignation of the President over monumental failure in governance. Such a gesture would help enthrone a political culture rooted in accountability and responsibility, rather than further entrenching impunity. It would also send a powerful message that public office is a sacred trust, not an entitlement, and help build a society in which future leaders understand that failure carries consequences. Only by ending the culture of impunity can we secure a better future for the society our children will inherit in a New Nigeria that is possible. -PO

Let me teach you the UGLY FEMALE NATURE your dad never taught you:

JUST IN:
Fulani kidnappers abducted two residents in Umuahia North and demanded millions in ransom.
Instead of waiting helplessly, hundreds of local youths stormed the forests, surrounded the kidnappers, rescued the victims alive, and captured all six suspects.
The victims are back home. The kidnappers are in police custody.
A powerful reminder that courage and community can achieve what fear cannot.
God bless Ndi Abia. But next time, send those monsters to heaven instead taking them to the police.

@Omiragua_Teejay Bro, as a man, you don't even need love from a woman. All you need is respect from her, and she should perform her duties.
If woman love you, she go choke you die untimely death.
Almost all the successful men in the world womanize.
Sleeping around only holds you back if you do not know what you are doing.
Moreover, women bring Goodluck. The more women we sleep with, the more successful we become.
Why keep one Goodluck when you can have 72 Goodlucks?.
