@311Toronto @gordperks I work for a different municipality in the GTA and we do the work of converting tweets/etc into service tickets for folks on the back end so they don’t have to deal with bureaucratic hassle in the way I just did

Maybe Toronto should consider doing the same?

@311toronto @gordperks City *badly* needs to address the large tree obstructing traffic light at Dundas W/Howard Park. For cyclists in the bike lane light is completely obfuscated by leaves. Have to just guess whether it’s green/red. Reported previously, nothing ever happens 😢

@311Toronto @gordperks FYI I did email, per guidance here, and was then told I had to go online portal and submit a service reques. That makes 3 separate times I had to request this. That feels like a lot of unpaid labour to expect of a resident trying to help fix a civic issue

@ElyKreimendahl Yes, in 12th grade in Nova Scotia, Canada. We had passengers from a Singapore Airlines flight en route to NY bused to our school after flights grounded. I was on Student Council and helped coordinate beds, food, etc for the passengers. So my situation was pretty atypical :)
