Trust is the base of high achieving teams.
Whiteout it, there is no way a team leader can bring in results.
This tweet is worth the read if you want to improve performance and retention.
An executive coach I know insists that problems on a team ultimately come down to trust. He’s broken down trust into five components:
1) Competence
2) Reliability
3) Authenticity
4) Empathy
5) Intent
Usually, when people have trust issues, it comes back to one or two of those pillars.
And it’s not always symmetrical either. One person can doubt the other’s competence, while the other person thinks they lack empathy.

Crypto Market Turbulence: Why You Shouldn't Worry About Yesterday's Selloff.

It has been 3 years working with the incredible Capital Markets team at Veirano Advogados, and now it is time to start a new journey, inspired by all the startups, admirable entrepreneurs, and investors I had the opportunity to engage with while working as an attorney at VA.
I bid farewell to this phase of my career with immense gratitude and joy for everything I experienced as an attorney at such an iconic law firm.
I feel honored to have participated in building the Venture Capital area, which continues to grow and stand out more and more.
Additionally, the creation of the crypto area was an exciting challenge, in which I had the pleasure of counting on one of my dearest friends.
I move on to my next venture with great excitement :) and carry with me valuable lessons, connections, and memories.
I will soon share more about my new projects here!
