@Ask_WellsFargo Thank you for the response, Tiffany. But this isn’t a branch issue, it’s higher up. Too many branches are closed right now, squeezing your customers into too few locations, causing long lines and failed service. I felt sorry for your staff, who were doing the best they could.

@ask_wellsfargo most of these _customers_ behind me will not get “service” today because there are too many for this location and the bank needs to close, adding stress to your staff by forcing your staff to turn them away. C’mon @wellsfargo, do better.
