Pam

My friends call me eccentric! I love The Archers and the England Cricket Team.

@BootsHelp fantastic service from pharmacist Julianna T she delayed her break in order to dispense the medication which I came to collect today as they only had one bottle yesterday. Apparently I should have waited for a text but I just turned up. Lovely customer service

[Pam @pami42]

@schuhHELP I took them to Leeds who told me it’s wear and tear but I have older shoes & boots and never had the inner sole move

[Pam @pami42]

@schuhHELP apparently the inner sole moving in one shoe and not the other is wear and tear and not a manufactures fault. Never had this happen before in any other shoes help please it’s like w a ring shoes with a sock which has fallen down

Just finished #ImNotAMonster series 1&2 think I’ve less sympathy for Sam in series 1 than Shamima in series 2 only due to their ages and Sam “encouraged” her son making propaganda videos but @joshbakerstory is very unbiased and I keep changing my mind #loved the podcasts

@SingaporeAir I understand your position but as a customer you had my money before 22 April 2021, I had to change my flight due to covid not make a separate booking, which is why I feel let down by Singapore airline.

[Pam @pami42]

@SingaporeAir so #disappointed January 2021 I booked to fly in June 2021 unable to fly due to covid, unable to change flight until a month, before as per your rules, changed in May 2021. As I change booking after 22 April 2021 my luggage allowance was decreased feel so #letDown

[Pam @pami42]

@SingaporeAir I called today and was very politely advised it’s your new policy and nothing the customer advisor could do. He was very polite and understanding. I just felt let down as I missed out by a month

[Pam @pami42]

The customer service agent was really helpful, polite and understanding at all times

[Pam @pami42]

Australian borders are open and I’ll be able to visit my family next month. If the removal of #covidRestrictions in #ENGLAND mean visitors from England cannot travel I will be devastated
