Some things I wish people understood about my carnivore life. 🥩
1. If I could choose anything to eat, I would still choose meat.
2. Skipping the salad & fries isn’t a waste of money.
3. Processed food doesn’t even look like food to me anymore.
4. I feel great all the time.😊
This is propaganda designed to scare you away from the very foods that will bring you good health.
Most industry incentives (pharma, ultra processed foods) are unfortunately aligned with keeping you sick. https://t.co/WuLTcMedY1
@IAmLisaSalinas@CaryKelly11 Absolutely! It will add a touch of sweetness. Also, eating unsweetened yogurt with a drizzle of honey and/or some fresh/frozen berries is a way better choice than any pre-sweetened yogurt. Sometimes it’s about a better option rather than elimination and that’s 100% ok :)
@AAnnven@CaryKelly11 That is not true. Beef, organ meats, oysters, are superfoods based nutrient density. What main stream tells me are superfoods = marketing. I will determine what my superfoods are. They exist.
You can go to therapy 🧠
Practice mindfulness 🧘
Stay sober 🚫🍸
Take supplements 💊
Exercise 🏃♂️
Get enough sleep 😴
But if your diet is full of ultra-processed food 🍟🍰, you will still struggle with your mental health.
@ClausCarlsen1 I love my RLT! Much needed in Southern Ontario where sunlight is minimal during Fall & Winter. I love it for cellular turn over on my face & chest, hair growth and also for prevention of VVA in perimenopause. So many uses and it feels great! Easy habit to keep.
Grass-fed beef is the most vegan food in your supermarket.
It minimizes suffering by providing hundreds of pounds of nutrient-dense food from one single life (you get approx. 570 Ibs. of boneless, trimmed beef from a 1,400 pound steer). Think about how many families you could feed with that, for months.
Now compare that with the countless lives lost with industrial plant agriculture, or even when eating smaller animals like chicken or fish (i.e think in terms of a life:food ratio).
Save for growing your own veggies (good luck getting your daily nutrient needs in the process), you’d be hard-pressed to find a more vegan food than beef!
