As a USAA member for over 40 years this really disturbs me. I am seriously considering moving completely away from USAA.

@USAA messed up my policy and didn’t report my insurance to the state of Georgia, even though I’ve had active coverage the whole time.

I also talked to JAG on Fort Stewart and they said they’ve been seeing multiple issues like this with USAA lately and aren’t really recommending them anymore.

Y’all be extra careful with the if you keep them! I’m changing everything.

So I was stuck without a car for five days, had to pay towing and storage fees, got hit with a $500 ticket, and now I have to go to court this Wednesday all because of their mistake. I even gave them the chance to fix it and reimburse me, but they told me they’re not covering
