Small Pleasures is officially out in the world today, available in all good bookshops across the UK and online. It’s riding high in the charts and I’m so thrilled. I really hope you love it, it both almost killed me writing it and it completely saved me.

Cancer has taken a toll and I can’t do everything I could before, but I’ve still got plenty to offer and 2024 will be a big year of running, cycling, walking & climbing.
