@PrincipalCCW @mistermoody06 Don’t be afraid to ask staff what THEY want/expect and then find places where you can meet those needs without exhausting yourself or feeling too uncomfortable. Then find solutions for the places where what you CAN do and what they WANT you to do are distant

@PrincipalCCW @mistermoody06 Im going to answer as an extroverted introvert, teacher though, not admin. You need to upfront about how you prefer interactions/conflicts and WHY. Otherwise facial expressions or short replies will be misunderstood by others causing deep issues.
