@HDFC_Bank Worst custumer service I have ever encountered with in any Pvt sec bank. Employees there are not for helping the customer instead they want to sell the products only. If your customer is visiting branch multiple times to get the a single issue resolved then it's POOR.

@goairlinesindia What is the point of asking for DM when you simply ignore the DM. @AAI_Official @HardeepSPuri please look into this. Airlines can not loot money like this and like indigo refunded the amount with a great customer service I hope Goair will do the same.

@TheOfficialSBI @sbigeneral I have taken a home loan from SBI RASMECCC UDAIPUR Branch on which home loan installment was supposed to deduct from last month which is not getting deducted. No one from branch is taking care to respond. Is this because I am dealing with a govt bank?

@TheQuint They are taking bookings and at last moment flights cancelled and instead of refund they are providing credit shell, we should get the full refund as it's not our fault if flights get cancelled

@IndiGo6E I booked ticket from Mumbai to Jaipur last night and flight was showing operational, In the morning I received confirmation that flight is cancelled and now I will receive a credit shell.
I don't want a credit shell either provide me another option or refund the amount.
