@madushangmge@ChayuDamsinghe I think it's pretty simple. A default would have resulted in many lawsuits making it difficult for them to operate internationally. Very unnecessary trouble.

It's a Limited Liability Company operating internationally. Default would have triggered cross-default on many of its agreements and made life far more difficult for them.
I was wondering why did they default in first place.
