First time BN CSM selected to take a 2ND time BDE CSM position. Current 2ND time CSMs told "NO BDE" because you will go over 30 TIS, BUT we will let you go over 30 to stay in your current 2ND time BN position. Why are CSMs leaving the @USArmy 🤔. We need to do better.

With the "end" of the major conflicts of GWOT and the recently recommended list of base name changes. Why were Heroes from our recent conflicts not adequately represented. There are Heroes from every generation, the GWOT generation is no different.

Sitting BN CSM is selected for BDE, that CSM declines for reasons related to family,she or he has to be out of service NLT 90 days after current PCORD. What happens when a LTC declines command,when it comes to continued service?Serious question.

The only difference is that the Army Organization isn't perfect, but has still been defending this great Nation and kicking ass for over 246 years. Fix those who need to be fixed, but don't degrade the Profession

Women and men, are chosen to lead great organizations that make up our @USArmy. At every echelon hand selected Soldiers assume the role of CDR or CSM. With all the policies/regulations and "must dos" in place, are they afforded real opportunity to change the culture
