@thsottiaux One Slack @Codex trigger creates 6 identical Codex Cloud tasks. All 6 get stuck at “Working on your task” with empty logs/terminal and never execute.

Same repo+environment works perfectly in Codex. Known Slack integration issue?

Repro: GitHub repo → Codex environment → added Codex to Slack → one @Codex coding request → 6 identical tasks created.

Same repo works fine directly in Codex. Also seeing stale “Working on your task” after cancellation.

One @Codex mention creates 6 identical tasks. After cancelling, they still show “Working on your task,” while opening them shows Cancelled.

Codex works fine locally for the same repo. Bug or missing config?
