@AaronGoodman33 Went through exactly same situation with my IM and Rheum certification, they decided to declare me "not certified" and had to pay 2k+ to deactivate IM and have MOC applied to rheum.

Consult of the day
60+F, 5 yr h/o posttraumatic back pain. PCP does labs (? Why). RF/CCP neg. ANA 1:40. Give the patient "bad news" that she has RA and needs urgent rheum consult.
Really not sure what to say. Poor lady was so worried.
