My heart bled when I saw the CNN footage of the burning Notre-Dame cathedral. I was there two weeks back and experienced the peerless work of architecture, engineering and craftsmanship. The loss is irreparable even though the French have the fire and passion to rebuild it.
@BHL The loss is irreparable...well I'm sure the French experts will rebuild it..but the class of architecture and engineering marvel will never be brought back. It so happened I was there only 18 days ago..
