Traveled business class with @qatarairways from Boston to Dubai. Reclining seat didn’t work properly. Raised complaint (Ref: CAS-31748-B9G2G4) over 3 months ago—no resolution till now. Followed up multiple times, but zero response. Disappointed with the lack of customer service.
