@nishaananand @pnbindia @RBI @FinMinIndia I faced same issue last year. My experience with @pnbindia was worst. I waited for almost one and half month, but didn't received my ATM card. Finally I changed my bank account from PNB to private bank. For me PNB is still "Pura Nakhrebaaz Bank." Lets see your patience level.
