@HSBC_IN I started my banking relationship with u, thinking tht I would get the world-class service. However, services r worse in India. I called customer care to get the status of PL, bt he ws clueless & told me tht he will come back in 15 mins with details. I think he forgot.

@RelianceDigital Recently purchased TV frm Lodha Xperia store & had a good exp. Nw, whn I m reaching sales person to just enquire abt EMI's details which is nt reflecting in my statement, he says I will call you in 10 mins but never came back. After sales service is really worst.

@bankofbaroda Issue got resolved with comments tht incomplete info frm customer whereas I had a call with ur executive. Whn u r unable 2 open a saving acct at ur branch thn I believe u need 2 investigate the issue. No, further action needed as I already opend an acct with other bank. Thanks

Hi @bankofbaroda, As per our conversation, I visted the nearest branch to open an account (bob champ) & submitted the duly completed form along with all supporting docs on 15th June'24. However, as of now I did nt hear anything from branch about the status for the same.

If you want to meet god just visit SBI branches as each & every staff thinks that they got the government job and they are next to god. I request you to pls look into it and expedite the process of account opening.

Our PM takes the oath for the 3rd consecutive time of worlds largest democracy bt behavior of @TheOfficialSBI staffs r still the same don't knw the basic professionalism how to talk to customers. Went to ur branch just to open an acct & came back with unpleasent experience. Tks

A few days ago, our metro workers diligently removed all the posters frm the pillars for painting. After tht, the pillars were painted & they looked very nice. Bt after tht posters of PM @narendramodi Ji were put on all pillars by his party. Is this not a joke with those workers?

Hi @DTDCIndia, Could u pls help me find out the reasons for nt delivering the below parcel with tracking D81802170? I hv received OTP two times however ur sys says OTP nt generated. Interestingly, ur delivery person is asking for OTP on call without delivery. Is this a new scam?
