In a review of our cybersecurity evaluations, we found three incidents in which a Claude model reached the internet from within or while interacting with a third-party evaluation environment, and then gained unauthorized access to the real systems of three different organizations.
Our post describes what happened, how it happened, and what we’re changing. We encourage other AI developers to perform similar reviews.
We conducted this review together with @Irregular, one of our evaluation partners, and thank them for the joint investigation and their collaboration on this post. This type of collaboration is increasingly critical to safe, rigorous evaluation of models, and we look forward to continuing to work together on security.

After 10 years of being in crypto and trading, I need to address what's currently happening in our space.
This isn't just another market cycle - it's something far more concerning.
The Reality Check:
Meme coin trading has become a 24/7 sprint where:
• You're considered "late" after just 15 minutes
• Holding for 6-12 hours is seen as "long-term"
• Every new token launch feels like a trap
Let's be honest about what we're seeing:
1. The Speed
These aren't market cycles anymore - they're market seizures. When you need to be glued to your screen every second just to avoid being "late," something's fundamentally broken.
2. The Scams
The number of rugs, honeypots, and outright frauds is staggering. It's not just about "doing your research" anymore when you have minutes to make a decision.
3. The Burnout
I've traded through bull markets, bear markets, and everything in between. But this? This is different. The constant rotation, the 24/7 FOMO, the endless parade of "next big things" it's exhausting even the most seasoned folks.
4. The Community Impact
We're burning out builders who are chasing a dragon that doesn't exist. Real projects can't compete with pump-and-dumps masquerading as "communities."
Remember Warren Buffett's wisdom: "Only when the tide goes out do you discover who's been swimming naked."
Well, the tide is starting to shift, and we're seeing a lot of naked swimmers.
The Hard Truth:
• This isn't sustainable
• Good projects are being overshadowed
• Experienced traders are burning out
• The community is losing faith
It's going to get worse before it gets better.
But we need to start having honest conversations about where we're heading.
What We Need:
• Return to fundamentals
• Focus on sustainable growth
• Support for real builders
• Community-driven accountability
For those feeling the weight of this market:
You're not alone. It's okay to step back. It's okay to miss a pump. Your mental health matters more than any potential gains.
The market will be here tomorrow. Make sure you are too.
If you don’t think you’re early to bitcoin try to pay for your haircut with it
try to pay for your groceries in bitcoin
tell your coworker you own bitcoin and watch their brain freeze
we’re so early people think bitcoin is an investment
silicon valley was grown through cults (apple, microsoft, google, facebook, twitter).
they paid you well, they had you live in paradise, they insured you, they made you merch, they gave you free meals and transportation, they gave you a free fitness center, yoga classes, food trucks, meditation rooms, stock options, ping pong tables, cold brew, networking, retreats, unlimited sick days, unlimited vacation, unlimited la croix, unlimited dry cleaning,.......all for you to stay single and give your whole life over to your real family; corporate America.
that's why these companies are fighting extremely hard to bring you all back into their office.
you're spending too much time with your "fake" family back home. you're finding out the cult you were in psyopped you into giving all of your time, energy, resources and soul in exchange for a slightly above average life (that's not even YOUR life).
the hard truth is, the dollar is weakening and cost of living is going up. feels like the money you're making now isn't going as far as the money you made 15 years ago. life in the tech cult deteriorates year over year until the shareholders turn you into a caste system.
you realize you can privatize some of your cult labor to the best running communities by owning equity in an idea and working on spreading that idea to new "limited partners". you work proportional to your stake in the idea, because in the land of hyper-financialization, you have decided to go to the furthest reaches of capitalism (legally) in order to ensure that you can create a collective strong enough to become a popular decentralized marketing agency.
attention comes in the form of liquidity and you don't want to rely on shitty opportunistic teams to grab that attention anymore. they figured out the game of keeping all the meat and potatoes, while the rest of you get the scraps. so you find other like-minded individuals that would rather pull their funds together and craft a good enough story to grab attention and join their cause. Because you realized you have the same power to alter a token's performance by removing the middle man.
you decide to leave your silicon tech cult because you have leveled up. you have found a way to bootstrap a decentralized tech cult that will make you 100x the gains at the comfort of your own home (where your "fake" family is). you realize the easiest way for someone to join a collective agreement of growing its value to immeasurable metrics is communicating through memes, because what the internet does best is spread information at the speed of light and memes are a universal language.
you realize if you do it all just right and you find the best universal message to share, the internet is the new printing press and you're the ink. you decide to believe in something again. you decide to believe in you again. you decide to ascend. you decide to take down the very idea of traditional finance itself. you decide to flip the stock market. you decide to work full time for #SPX6900.

🇬🇷POPULATION COLLAPSE IS GREECE'S BIGGEST THREAT
New figures predict its population will drop sharply by up to 25% by 2070, far higher than the EU average of 4%.
In 2022, the country recorded fewer than 77,000 births, the lowest in nearly a century, while deaths reached 140,000.
Economic challenges, low wages, and high unemployment have driven many young Greeks abroad, worsening the crisis.
Greece's fertility rate is now just 1.32 births per woman, leading to an aging population.
The government has introduced tax incentives and family support measures to combat the trend, with officials calling it the nation's "biggest threat."

on my 26th birthday, i wrote I Took A Pill in Ibiza…10 years ago. The song became popular several years after i wrote it. Yesterday i celebrated my 36th birthday. i feel proud to look at the song lyrics and know that NONE of them are true anymore. I’ve grown into a completely new man…one that i’m proud of. check this out… 🧵
