@bookingcom I don't need reservations. I need my refund. I just doubled checked and the cancellation happened on Feb 9th! Almost a month ago and still no sign of my money back. Like I said I'm not able to call. Please help me get my refund.

I've been waiting for my trip refund for up to 15 days @bookingcom. The airline canceled the flight back in Feb 15th and still haven't gotten my money back despite promises. #bookingcom #ScamAlert
