Since yesterday night, the Airtel network has been extremely poor and frustrating. Despite having an unlimited Airtel router subscription, browsing has been almost impossible. Pages refuse to load, downloads fail, and the connection keeps fluctuating badly.
What makes this even more annoying is that the subscription still expires at the end of the month regardless of the poor service we experience. In fact, it doesn’t even last a complete month most times, it expires on the 29th day. Yet during the period when the network is practically unusable, there is no compensation or extension added for customers.
Honestly, it feels unfair because people pay fully for these plans expecting reliable service, only to spend days struggling with terrible network issues. It’s becoming exhausting and disappointing. Customers are losing valuable time, money, and productivity because of these constant problems.
Please look into this urgently because many of us depend on this network daily, and right now it feels like Airtel is taking customers’ money without delivering the quality of service promised. Stop stealing from us 💔
