I don’t know why Rachel can easily talk me in to things. I am now doing a half marathon on Sunday after being at a wedding on Saturday all day. They way it is going Sunday may be my last day on this earth!!

PT done, a 10km run done and over 13,000 steps done all before 10am. I think I have earned the roll and square sausage for breakfast. Day off today so time to release and maybe a bit of garlic as I want to get to lvl 15 before wipe.
