“When the Elephants fight, the grass suffers” -
African proverb
In this case the grass was a cabinet minister - @dpradhanbjp
Meta and Google are locked in a battle to spread their business in India - their largest subscription base globally. Their algorithms are setting rules for politics.
The Parliament is now discussing camera angles, the PM is making midnight reels and political handles are demanding a ban on @instagram and @Meta
The Cabinet Minister was a roadkill. The Government is trying regulation by innuendo and force as it has outsourced governance to APPs.
Have been warning about this forever:
The level of petty corruption in our trial courts is staggering.
Pay the sristedar to get your report processed.
Pay someone to move your file from the record room to the courtroom.
Pay the peshkar if you want a short date.
Pay the stenographer if you want your judgment typed on time.
People often blame only judges. But corruption in the justice system isn't always judge-centric. A court functions through an entire ecosystem. If the judge is honest but the registry, court staff, stenographer, peshkar, or peons are corrupt, the litigant still experiences a corrupt court.
Judicial reform cannot stop at the Bench. It has to reach every desk inside the courtroom.
Amazing! @BBCNews front organisation @collectiveNewsR (CNR) that does all its indian content was given a booth in an opaque manner at WAVES 2025. This raises serious questions about corruption & security within government across ministries
CNR was created as a proxy by the BBC. Once registered its board was changed to BBC ex employees without informing the relevant authorities.
Not only was CNR platformed - it was given pride of place - stall no 4 - right in front

Is this the teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji?? 😡
मारना तो दूर औरत को मुँह से मंदा बोलना भी महापाप बताया है। गुरु नानक देव जी ने भी कहा था, "सो क्यों मंदा आखिए, जित जम्मे राजान".🙏
Means ; So why called her bad? From her, kings are born.

[Anita Kandwal vs State of Uttarakhand]
Supreme Court initiates suo motu case on illegal grabbing of forest land in Uttarakhand
CJI Surya Kant: What is shocking to us is that the State of Uttarakhand and authorities are sitting like mute spectators when forest land is being grabbed in front of their eyes. Thus we initiate a suo motu case. Chief secretary of Uttarakhand and Principal conservation secretary is instructed to form a fact finding committee and submit a report. Private parties are stopped from creating any third party rights and no construction shall take place. Vacant land other than residential houses shall be taken in possession by the forest department. Post the matter on reopening on Monday.
Namdev Jadhav ended his life by jumping from the roof of the district court building in Pune because his land dispute was going on for 27 long years and there was no respite in sight. 27 long years of coming to the court, paying for lawyers, wasting time, keeping life on hold, only to get तारीख पे तारीख! No wonder he chose to kiII himself rather than expect justice in Bharat! Indian judiciary is THE worst, most corrupt, most inefficient institution in Bharat today, and no one can do anything about it!

June 25, 1990 - A Date Etched in Blood and Silence
Thirty-five years ago, in the once-beautiful valley of Kashmir, humanity was torn apart in the most horrific manner.
Girija Tickoo - a sister, a daughter, a wife, a mother - just 22 years old, was betrayed, violated, and butchered. Five men, consumed by jihadi hatred, ravaged her body in a crime so monstrous that it defies comprehension. She was lured by a colleague she trusted, only to be handed over to demons in human form.
After brutally raping her, they took an industrial saw - a wood-cutting saw, and began slicing her from her womb upwards, while she was still alive.
They tore her into two - a living woman, in excruciating agony, her cries muffled by the cruelty of fate and the silence of the world. Her body, torn and lifeless, was discarded by the roadside like refuse, like she never mattered.
Think. If even imagining this makes your chest tighten, your heart bleeds, what must she have gone through?
What did she feel when the saw tore through her abdomen, through her ribs, through her hopes and breath, knowing she would die in pieces, in pain, in betrayal?
As long as there’s breath in me, I will carry her memory like a wound.
I will remember her - and I will make sure the world remembers too.
Girija, forgive us.
We weren’t there when you needed us the most.
May your soul find the peace that this world never gave you.
A grief-stricken, eternal tribute.

Given the victory rhetoric by Shehbaz Sharif and the Pak narrative that India took a besting and sought a ceasefire, claims echoed by CNN and sections of the western media one can conclude that Pakistan hasn’t fully absorbed the lesson India wanted to teach it.
At the international level the issue of Pak involvement in terror has been papered over and the burden has been put on both countries to exercise restraint and find a diplomatic solution.
US claiming mediation has detracted from India’s long held position against mediation. US is equating India and Pakistan. This has implications. Can US be trusted?
In the midst of the conflict the IMF approves a financial bail out of Pakistan.
The answer is building up our military capacity even more and give no quarter to Pakistan.
"Don't go to Kashmir".
No. We should. In thousands. In lakhs. That land is entirely OURS. It's the land of Rishi Kashyap. It is where Adi Shankaracharya meditated. It is the land of Sharada. By not going there we will give up on our claim. Our claim should be stronger than ever.

Dont rely on bar and bench. Incorrect and agenda based reporting is happening of court proceedings.
The court has listed the ia in west bengal matter for hearing tomorrow and the website reports as if mentioning is disallowed. This has not happenned on one occasion but on multiple occasion and thats why i am forced to write this.
