@forge_fury It’s a Greek Easter bread which is braided - looks a bit like a challah but more of a brioche with added aromatics + topped with slivered almonds. Typically, it’s also decorated with red eggs within the braid. Pic is of the imprint it left on the parchment paper after baking. 🕊
