It is their own property, so they can do what they want. Their last case was in Nov 2024, Suing Palword (1000% correct) for patent infringement.

I don't get why everyone wants to have a "console war" like it's the 360 x PS3 era. I own all but a PS5, and that's because I haven't wanted anything on it other than Astro Bot.

But I can't justify a purchase like that for 1 game.
