Monday - 20 mins late in the pm
Tuesday -10 mins late am, 35 mins late pm
Thursday -40 mins late pm
Monday - 20 mins late pm
Tuesday - 35 minutes late pm

Please confirm the reason for this terrible service.

@Charlotterose17 @FirstBSA I’m having to change my hours. And now won’t get home until 7pm. Not even sure the bus will arrive in town before 9 to give me time to get into the work. I really can’t see who this benefits? Students perhaps.

@FirstBSA Can I ask whose bright idea it was to change the 19 to leave Bath at 4:30 and then at 5:50? Who works these hours? I work 8:30 to 4:30, mainly due to the lack of decent timetables for the 19. And now I have to revise my working hours again. Fed up with First. Utter joke

@FirstBSA Thanks Faye. I know it’s not your fault but whoever makes these decisions should try making these journeys. Yet again on a cramped single decker bus home about 20 people standing. The bus if not adequate. No 4 has 5 people on it.

Why do we keep getting a single-decker No. 19 at rush hour, completely packed with people standing up to the door, while the 4 and 4A, both double-deckers, have only 6-8 people on them? Who makes these decisions?
