@IndiGo6E I hv received the refund but not the convenience fee that is retained by @cleartrip citing their non refundable policy. if @goibibo has promised to return the convenience fee on my return tkt why can't @cleartrip? Taken together for 2 tickets, the convenience fee costs me ~ 1k.

@Cleartrip Sadly , there was no customer support on that day when we were frantically calling for information and assistance for cancellation of the 6E 6863 flight that never took off by @IndiGo6E . If other travel agents can refund , why can't you?

@Jsinghania65 @MoCA_GoI The same with me. I am listed as a NO show on the @IndiGo6E portal on a 5th dec flight despite me being there for over 10 hours waiting for it to be scheduled! My refund is still in the air. Yet to see it coming through.

@nabilajamal_ Where are these refunds happening? its such a hogwash! I still don't have any official intimation on my refund. Its been 3 days and I am 14 K poorer.

@airfairness @IndiGo6E This Pic is ALL I have in terms of proof after spending 10+ hours outside the BLR airport in queue on Dec 5 . They knew there was no flight leaving but gave us NO information ; perhaps waiting for us all to give up! No one accountable to ask for my refund ; forget penalty!

@airfairness @IndiGo6E The airport counter was hell. almost 50 folks jostling to get to the person incharge to be heard. I gave up twice! only after a lot of push pull did I manage, The Indigo person in charge verbally told me I will get my refund and noted my PNR but no written statement. nothing.
