Meet the founder & CEO of Bathu, Theo Baloyi (29). He started Bathu in 2015 & he was rejected 13 times by manufacturers who said his shoe design wouldn't work. Today Bathu employs 66 people & has 5 retail stores in SA making a turnover of R20.2m for the 2018/2019 financial year.
