Hi @nectar I have had £110 worth of points either stolen or somehow missing from my account. I’ve phoned your helpline which was less than helpful and I was told someone will be in touch in 28 days. This is not good enough. Please can someone help me sort this sooner. Thanks
Hi @ipostparcels I usually get a text on the day I have a courier collection and that’s usually by 8.30am. Is it possible to check my courier is still coming today as the parcel is urgent and on a pre 10.30am tomorrow. Thanks
@DPD_UK hi I had a dpd local email notification saying a parcel had been delivered to a neighbour but they don’t have it. Who can I speak with to help resolve this?
@Dominos_UK appalled at the customer service from your Balham store. Wrong order sent, redelivery over an hour & still not here, to be told its just gone in the oven. Then topped off with the manager hanging up the phone because they are and I quote “too busy to deal with us”.
