Anxiety isn't just "in the head". It can show up in our bodies as:
stomach problems
racing heart
fast, shallow breathing
feeling faint or dizzy
teeth grinding
shaking or trembling
sweating more than usual
Living with anxiety can be physically draining.

A message from our co-chairs @_VivekTrivedi and @RobLaurensonD4P for all junior doctors on strike for the next five days. Thursday morning we ask you to show your support at picket lines. For the remaining time, don’t go into work - rest, see friends and family, and recharge.
