@teortaxesTex@victor207755822 Tencent cloud is just a reseller, they use deepseek-v4-pro-202606 label for official deepseek provider, to distinguish from tencent cloud self hosted one(labeled as deepseek-v4-pro with higher price)
It is only a matter of time before Cursor Composer 1 is identified as a finetuned Chinese model, capable of judging Trump, but only able to make positive comments on Chinese government. Also, keeps switching to Chinese.
Composer is a new model we built at Cursor. We used RL to train a big MoE model to be really good at real-world coding, and also very fast.

Excited for the potential of building specialized models to help in critical domains.
Today Thinking Machines Lab is launching our research blog, Connectionism. Our first blog post is “Defeating Nondeterminism in LLM Inference”
We believe that science is better when shared. Connectionism will cover topics as varied as our research is: from kernel numerics to prompt engineering. Here we share what we are working on and connect with the research community frequently and openly.
The name Connectionism is a throwback to an earlier era of AI; it was the name of the subfield in the 1980s that studied neural networks and their similarity to biological brains.

dots.llm1.inst is the first model that can accurately respond to the greeting "Ciallo" with correct emoji (DeepSeek and Gemini came close, but not exact).

But I don't think this benchmark is hard enough to a Olympic difficulty level, distinction between old and new agentic thinking model should be much higher. And currently lack of comparisons with top human players. I hope to see the top model judge the approximate location by utilizing the natural environment and human geography style, and then lock the precise location with information such as road signs, mountains, and sunlight.
