It’s literally that simple
@Mbamsy1@peruvian_bull@JoeCarlasare If you want to get semantic (be an ass in this situation), it would be more accurate to say that a signing device is designed to help prevent unauthorized spends of the spendable assets (only Bitcoin in the case of Coinkite’s products) controlled by the owner of the device.
@Pato77781O@ODELLXYZ@MartyBent@parkeralewis Anyone taking themselves seriously while using language like “security posture” is not to be taken seriously. Makes me want to gag
@andrewlowry@francocapitani5@thegarybrecka In general just consume the moment and you’ll be in a good spot. Being happy all the time is not a real thing. Just feel things for what they are
@nickgerli1 “Top 10 Population Loss County in 2025” - did you consider the 2 back to back hurricanes that hit at the end of 2024 and the costs associated with flood insurance and raising coastal houses?
Correlation is not causation
@chrishacken@sheltronica@jetpen@AiAccountBot@itscoachgoodman $1.6M Canadian ≠ $1.6M USD. He gave the exact number of Bitcoin.
Given he’s an author I imagine he’s conscious of readability. 1 to 2 sentences per paragraph has been commonplace for a long time online.
Still plausible he’s lying but your logic ain’t it
@irentdumpsters@wuontana Buddy you’re the one making the claim. That’s not how this works. You’re the one who is supposed to show proof. Then he showed proof and rekt your engagement bait 😂
@jasonlewris Cape Coral / Punta Gorda / Ft Myers is filled with snowbirds who are likely gonna hold those homes til they die. Tampa is a bit more opportunistic and less snowbirdy than those 3 cities
@irentdumpsters “Every single person driving with CarPlay in their trucks is using Apple Maps” is unbelievably inaccurate. I use CarPlay + Google Maps.
Talk to Apple engineers. No one at Apple in SV uses Apple Maps, and all the engineers think the Maps engineers should be fired
@CordasFilip@LuizAdolphs@davepl1968@BernieSanders You’re conflating famines in general with holodomor. The soviets prevented peasants from growing food. They criminalized picking up small amounts of grain and used terror tactics to enforce it. They also prevented peasants from moving. Holodomor wasn’t a famine, it was slavery
@aakashgupta You would have to be an absolute psychopath to connect all those to any AI that uses your data for training models. Any company that does any amount of diligence should make prohibit users from making these connections and they should set up proper security measures as well
