The same aircraft, EXECAIRE Bombardier Challenger 605 C-GODB #C069F0 flew to Calgary from Toronto on July 5, and back to Toronto July 6. This is presumably Doug Ford again; considering how few planes made that flight, this seems to be the logical choice.
For decades radio was my Field of Dreams. Today for so many, it’s the Boulevard of Broken Dreams. Good luck to all those employees who have worked hard to save a business that once generated community spirit, tremendous loyalty and impressive profits.
There is a big stink in Ontario these days. It is the stink of corruption and possible theft of taxpayer funds. Sticky Fingers abound in Education as Conservatives seem to be stealing money and the future from ONTARIO's children.
This is the moment @cpc no longer became a viable party in the eyes of Canadians. @erinotoole tried to move the party forward back in 2021. Unfortunately the party ignored his warnings. Mr O'Toole was right. Unfortunately the party removed him and placed a new leader who ..

#topoli New from me on @spacing: How Toronto became RogersTown, and why the Bureau of Competition Policy desperately needs to probe this company's highly consolidated vertical and horizontal monopoly on the city's sports and entertainment sectors.

Looking forward to working with newly appointed Senators Pitfield, Martel, Ouelette, & fellow Manitoban, Geeta Tucker. Hope all of you consider joining my team, The Canadian Senators Group @csg_gsc
When Poilievre was a cabinet minister in a majority government, defence was gutted to under 1% GDP. The lowest in CDN history. They also went to court to argue the govt had no moral obligation to care for veterans. They closed 9 veteran care centres. PP is doing Hegseth cosplay.
More ads. More apps. More addiction.
Ontario’s gambling helpline calls are up 68% since @fordnation deregulated online gambling.
@LFairclo's said it best with her PMB: it’s time to put public health first by banning online gambling ads.

This day (July 7) in 1942, as Erwin Rommel’s Afrika Korps raced through Egypt toward the Suez Canal — Nazi radio in Arabic openly called for the extermination of Jews across the region & the conquest of British Mandate Palestine.
“Kill the Jews before they kill you. Arabs of Syria, Iraq and Palestine, what are you still waiting for? The Jews are planning to rape your women, kill your children and destroy you. According to Islam, defending your lives is a duty that can only be fulfilled by destroying the Jews ... Your only hope of salvation lies in annihilating the Jews before they destroy you.”
This was official Nazi propaganda from Radio Zeesen. It reflected a deeper Nazi-Arab alliance that included the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Amin al-Husseini. After meeting Hitler in 1941, the Mufti received the rank of SS-Gruppenführer and a massive monthly stipend of 90,000 Reichsmarks (roughly $800,000 in today’s money). In return, he broadcast calls for Jewish extermination, recruited tens of thousands of Muslims for the Waffen-SS, and collaborated on Nazi operations in the Middle East.
A special SS killing unit (Einsatzkommando Egypt) was already standing by in Athens, ready to follow Rommel’s tanks and extend the Holocaust into North Africa and the Land of Israel.
The Nazis were stopped at El Alamein. But the eliminationist ideology — the conspiracy theories, the calls for total Jewish destruction — did not die with them. It has lived on in Arab politics and Islamist movements for decades.
Some hatreds have very long half-lives.
I’m still wondering why my tax dollars were used to fly you out to Calgary for a photo op and mini vacation.
Many Ontarians would have preferred those dollars went into fixing the systems here that your government has destroyed: i.e. healthcare and education.
🤔🤔
Hi, Pierre, our blight in white satin. 👋🏽🤡
“Statistics Canada reports merchandise trade surplus grew to $4.2B in May”
