The ADC demands the immediate sack of the INEC Chairman, Professor Amupitan Joash, over his clear bias and unlawful actions.

On September 9, 2025, INEC was invited to witness and acknowledge the process that produced the leadership of Senator David Mark. The resolutions from that process were formally communicated to the Commission, which went ahead to upload the names of the party’s National Working Committee in line with the NEC’s decisions.

It is therefore shocking that INEC has now chosen to act in a manner that appears to support the APC’s undemocratic agenda of turning Nigeria into a one-party state.
Nigerians have lost confidence in Professor Amupitan Joash. He must resign immediately.
