@UbisoftSupport I need help with Ghost Recon Wildlands on PC Game Pass. The game takes more than 10 minutes to launch. It stays on “Starting” for a long time, and sometimes the game window opens but remains completely black.

@UbisoftSupport I’ve already restarted my PC and tried troubleshooting the installation. I also updated my motherboard BIOS to the latest version, but the problem still happens. Other games on my PC launch normally.
