Unfortunately, neither is the way to go.
Note that I'm not making a case to encourage nepotism, but the previous regime was way more culpable. The facts are out there!

@aedcelectricity has refused to dignify my complaints across channels for the #50,000 units I purchased from my banking app, and I'm yet to receive token for a payment I made over 4 hours ago.
Worst still, their customer care line says it's not existing.
