Let’s get one thing straight... Sonia Gandhi was Rajiv Gandhi’s wife and Indira Gandhi’s daughter-in-law. After marriage, they lived together as a family. Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister and Rajiv was her son. What exactly is your point about Sonia living in her mother-in-law’s residence? Should Indira Gandhi have thrown her own son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren out of the house just because Sonia was born in Italy? What absolute rubbish!

Sonia Gandhi became an Indian citizen on 30 April 1983. If you’re raising questions about electoral rolls, bring evidence and let the law take its course. Don’t turn fake allegations into verdicts to score cheap political points.

You once defended the very party you now attack. Did your principles change, or did your political convenience? Changing parties is your choice. Abandoning facts and dignity to please your new masters is another matter altogether.
